The Senior Paid Search Specialist role is newly created within our organization, supporting our rapid growth across seven brands. Reporting to the Head of Performance Marketing, this position is responsible for the quality, scalability and effectiveness of our paid search channels. The strategist will define and implement a cohesive group-wide strategy aimed at attracting and retaining bidders and sellers, ensuring strong performance and return on ad spend (ROAS) across local brands. Expertise in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads platforms is essential, as is the ability to identify and implement optimization opportunities while guiding international colleagues.
Your Challenges
- Building Relationships: Establishing rapport and understanding the diverse working methods of our local performance marketeers.
- Evaluate and grow current Paid Search Activities: Use your expertise to evaluate current paid search activities across our brands and identify growth opportunities.
- Set up account hygiene factors: Make sure basic best practices to streamline and optimize current ad account accounts are implemented across the group.
- Developing Long-Term Strategy: Creating a comprehensive group paid search strategy for the next two years to drive cohesive and performance-driven campaigns.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities
- This role will have the responsibility for the quality, scalability and effectiveness of our paid search channels across all seven brands.
- Define and implement group strategy with a focus on ROAS and scalability.
- Utilize expertise in Google and Microsoft platforms to leverage all functionalities and best practices.
- Identify and implement optimization opportunities in current paid search accounts and monitor the roll-out.
- Collaborating with international colleagues in making cooperative changes.
Qualifications and Experiences
- Minimum 7 years of paid search experience, with recent 3+ years hands-on experience. Preferably in an international environment.
- Performance marketing mindset, strategic thinker, analytical, and fact-driven.
- Ability to explain complex matters clearly, prioritize tasks based on impact, and make a significant impact with a "start small, end big" mentality.
- Proficiency in English for effective communication.
- University degree in marketing or related field.
- Pleasant demeanor, enjoys collaborating and supporting others in the marketing industry.
- Familiarity with automation and feed management
- Experienced with business to business lead generation (pre).
