What you will do:
The Senior Marketing Automation Manager oversees the CRM strategy at TBAuctions, with a focus on bidder and seller retention. You will be responsible for improving our marketing technology stack, including implementing our Customer Data Platform (CDP), Bloomreach, to deliver personalized and targeted campaigns. You will develop and implement strategies to increase customer engagement across multiple channels. Your strategic thinking and technical skills will fuel creativity and take the customer experience at TBAuctions to the next level.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for leading the full continued roll-out and optimization of the Bloomreach platform, focusing on customer segmentation, personalization, and campaign automation.
- Make automated marketing plans that keep customers interested and loyal.
- Develop and implement an omnichannel approach to our marketing communications, by working with cross-functional teams.
- Be responsible for managing all marketing automation projects, from setting up the technology to managing stakeholders and setting up the flows and executing A/B tests and campaigns.
What you bring:
- 7+ years of international experience in marketing automation or a similar position, with 3+ years of recent hands-on experience owning a marketing communication channel
- Experience with marketing technology stacks, such as CRM tools, CDP tools, and integration features.
- A strong background in project and stakeholder management is a plus.
- A solid foundation in email marketing and customer journey optimization is essential.
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- You have excellent communication skills and are able to work well in a global team.
