What you will do:
The Brand & Communications Manager is responsible for shaping and promoting our brands (Troostwijk Auctions and Vavato) in the Benelux region. You will be responsible for developing and executing communication strategies that resonate with our diverse audience of bidders and sellers. You will manage campaigns, oversee brand initiatives and ensure consistency in messaging while driving brand growth by working closely with cross-functional teams. You'll help build the Troostwijk and Vavato brand as the leader in auctioning by combining strategic oversight and hands-on execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the brand and communication strategy for the Benelux region, including media and content, while safeguarding brand consistency across all communication platforms.
- Strengthen the brand by collaborating with international PR agencies and overseeing content creation that resonates with our target audiences, including social media, blogs, and newsletters.
- Lead and support the content marketer in managing daily social media strategy, community engagement, and ensuring a cohesive brand voice.
- Analyze and optimize brand and content campaign performance based on data, while increasing customer engagement and fostering a strong community connection.
- Serve as the main point of contact for all brand communications, manage the communication budget, and work closely with the performance manager to maximize the effectiveness of multi-channel strategies.
- Proactively keep customers informed about updates, new products, and services, ensuring they stay engaged and satisfied.
What you bring:
- 3+ years of experience in communications, marketing, or brand management.
- Ability to develop and execute multi-channel communication strategies.
- Strong project management skills and experience with (online) marketing, particularly social media.
- Excellent communication skills with a people-sensitive approach, able to engage and connect with diverse stakeholders.
- Commercial mindset with a focus on delivering value to both bidders and sellers.
- Fluency in Dutch and familiarity with the Benelux market.
