What you will do:

The ESG Reporting Specialist oversees the ESG reporting and compliance efforts of TBAuctions across Europe. In this job, you will lead the implementation of the CSRD and develop reporting processes that match European sustainability standards. You will be responsible for making sure disclosures are accurate and transparent, collecting ESG data, and working with teams such as finance, HR, legal, and operations to drive compliance and strategic alignment. Your analytical proficiency and cross-functional collaboration will aid in positioning TBAuctions as a pioneer in sustainability and the circular economy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the execution of CSRD requirements and guarantee the provision of precise and transparent ESG disclosures.
• Set up and manage processes for collecting, analyzing, and reporting ESG data across departments.
• Work with teams from different parts of the company to make sure sustainability practices match corporate goals.
• Write ESG reports and presentations for investors, regulators, and other stakeholders.
• Keep track of regulatory changes and improve ESG reporting and compliance.
• Educate and train internal stakeholders on CSRD and ESG reporting requirements to build organizational capacity and awareness.

What you bring:

• 5+ years of experience in ESG reporting, sustainability, corporate governance, or financial reporting.
• Knowledge of ESG reporting frameworks, such as CSRD, EU Taxonomy, GRI, TCFD, etc.
• Experience with ESG data management, analysis, and reporting.
• Strong analytical and communication skills that can turn complex data into clear insights.
• A collaborative mindset that can work with teams from different departments to reach sustainability goals.
• Experience using sustainability reporting tools and software to streamline processes and improve reporting.
