What you will do:
As a Corporate Recruiter, you'll be the driving force behind attracting top talent for our headquarters in Amsterdam. You'll work alongside with your colleague recruiter and report to the Recruitment Lead.
You'll manage the full recruitment process, from sourcing to hiring, with a focus on roles such as product, tech, data, finance, marketing, and other corporate functions. While your primary focus will be on HQ roles, you may also support our Benelux recruiter in managing commercial and operational vacancies when their portfolio requires additional capacity.
Furthermore, you build a strong relationship with hiring managers, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience, and aligning recruitment efforts with our business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Using phone screenings, interviews and assessments to select candidates based on alignment with our core values.
- Implementing effective recruitment methods to attract talent.
- Building and keeping a strong network of potential candidates to ensure a steady flow of qualified professionals.
- Collaborating closely with hiring managers to identify and secure the best match for each role
- Continuously improving our recruitment processes with data-driven insights.
What you bring:
- 3+ years of experience in recruiting, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Proven ability to manage the recruitment process from sourcing to contract offers.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a people-centered approach foster positive candidate experiences.
- The ability to evaluate candidates against core values and cultural fit through phone screenings, assessments, and interviews.
- Fluency in Dutch and English.
