As a Marketing Data & Insights Analyst with continental focus, your analytical mind and passion for data make you the perfect candidate to proactively provide the business with relevant and actionable insights. You will achieve this by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting the right data and translating it into meaningful conclusions. This role main focus in 2025 is setting up marketing report across brands, generate insights which can be acted on.
Based in Amsterdam, with regular travel to Dusseldorf and occasional travel to other European countries, you will report to marketing director and collaborate with the brand marketing teams and the group data team.
This is what you will do:
- Collaborate with various teams in marketing across brands, and group marketing providing them with insights to better understand and explain their business.
- Build and manage KPI dashboards that other teams like performance marketing rely on for decision-making
- Analyze existing data to uncover trends and actionable insights with attention to detail.
- Communicate your findings to the rest of the company and drive change in the product and our proposition. Insights are valuable, but the impact is even better!
- Evaluate campaign performance by defining and managing KPIs aligned with goals
What you will bring
- 5+ years of analytics with focus in marketing
- Familiar with concept as attribution and ROI
- Ability to identify product and business opportunities through data and clearly communicate them to colleagues.
- Familiar with tooling as Google Analytics, Segment etc.
- Skilled at transforming raw data into a wealth of opportunities.
- SQL, Python, Databricks, Power BI, and Excel
- Tackle ad hoc requests with curiosity and creativity, delivering quick, impactful insights with minimal support
- Familiar with customer journey analytics
- Proficient at translating business questions into analytical questions and sharing insights with colleagues.
- Write clean, understandable code and document processes effectively
Bonus Points:
- Affinity with e-commerce.
- Familiar and curious about marketing AI tooling
- Interest in contributing to data pipelines that transform unstructured raw data into tables ready for analysis
