What you will do:
As a Paid Social Specialist, you’ll be responsible for running and optimizing paid social campaigns for our leading auction platforms across Europe, based in Amsterdam.
You will collaborate closely with our international marketing teams, including strong connections to the local team in Düsseldorf.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta and LinkedIn with a focus on lead generation and driving bidders and sellers to the platform.
- Run creative tests (formats, visuals, messaging) and apply insights to continuously improve performance.
- Coordinate with content and design teams to brief, review, and iterate on creative assets.
- Monitor and report on key KPIs such as CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversion rates, and engagement metrics.
- Collaborate closely with performance marketing, CRM, and local commercial teams to ensure full-funnel alignment.
- Learn from group-level social media specialists across markets, staying on top of trends and best practices.
- Use Channable as a tool to improve the efficiency of marketing campaigns.
- Apply a growth mindset with a willingness to experiment, reflect, and improve continuously.
What you bring:
- 3+ years of experience in paid social advertising, preferably in a B2B performance-driven environment.
- Understanding of how organic and paid social can work together to build strong brand presence and drive results.
- Passion for creative testing with an understanding of how different assets impact performance.
- A performance-driven mindset that uses data to guide decisions and optimizations.
- Comfort with tools like Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and basic analytics platforms.
- Strong communication skills; proactive team player eager to learn from others.
- Fluent in English; Dutch and/or German is a plus (agency experience is also advantageous).
