What you will do:
The Paid Search Specialist is responsible for optimizing paid search campaigns across Google and Microsoft Ads for multiple markets, focusing on both bidders and sellers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage paid search campaigns with a focus on efficiency metrics like ROAS and CPA.
- Analyze performance data and implement strategies for improvement.
- Support marketplace integrations through Channable and contribute to display campaigns (e.g., remarketing).
- Collaborate with the international marketing team, including close alignment with the Düsseldorf-based Continental team.
- Work alongside group-level specialists in analytics, content, and CRM to drive measurable growth.
- Help foster a “test-and-learn” culture in campaign strategy and execution.
- Utilize tools such as GA4 and Looker Studio for reporting and insights.
What you bring:
- 3+ years of experience in paid search, preferably in a B2B performance-driven environment.
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to improving campaign performance.
- Expertise in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads; experience with feed management tools like Channable is a plus.
- Familiarity with display marketing (retargeting) strategies.
- Proactive team player with strong communication skills.
- Comfortable working in an international environment across different markets.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Dutch or German is a plus.
- Agency experience is beneficial but not require
