What you’ll do
You’ll be our go-to marketing expert for Belgium, balancing brand building with lead generation. Reporting jointly to the Campaign Manager and Brand & Growth Marketing Manager, you'll align with central strategies while tailoring execution to the Belgian market.
Develop and execute local campaigns to drive lead generation and bidder engagement
Collaborate with sales, PR, and performance marketing to amplify brand visibility
Manage regional social media and craft Belgium-specific content
Optimize high-profile auction campaigns using bidder and seller insights
Identify marketing opportunities and analyze dashboards to boost growth
What you bring
You’re entrepreneurial, analytical, and fluent in digital channels. You know how to turn regional insights into action and love working at the intersection of strategy and execution.
4–5 years of marketing experience in a digital or B2B environment
Proven skills in lead generation, content creation, and social media management
Strong communication and collaboration abilities
Experience with localized campaign management and data-driven marketing
Familiarity with Belgian markets and fluency in Dutch and English
