We usually respond within three days
Are you analytical, eager to learn, and interested in systems, data, and digital processes? Would you like to gain hands-on experience in an international organization while contributing to the implementation of a modern HR system? Then this internship as an HRIS Tech Intern could be the right fit for you.
We are looking for an intern to support the implementation of HiBob, our HR system. In this role, you will help configure, test, document, and process data within the system. You will work closely with the HiBob Project Manager and contribute to a smooth, reliable, and user-friendly setup of the platform.
What you will do:
As an HRIS Tech Intern, you will support the implementation of HiBob with a strong focus on execution. You will work on clearly defined tasks and help the project team deliver faster and with high quality.

Supporting data-related activities such as preparing, cleaning, validating, and importing data;
Carrying out testing in sandbox and production environments, including workflow testing, data validation, and support for user acceptance testing (UAT);
Documenting configuration decisions and following up on missing information or simple stakeholder questions;
Registering defects, issues, and feedback.
You will start with tasks under guidance. As you gain more knowledge and experience, you will gradually be given more room to take on parts of the work independently within clear boundaries.
What you bring:
This internship is a good fit for a student or intern with an interest in systems, digital tools, data, and process improvement. For example, you may be studying your Bachelor's or Master's in a field such as data, digital, systems, or business administration.

Works in a structured and accurate way;
Is proactive and eager to learn;
Is curious and has a problem-solving mindset;

If you don’t check every box, we still encourage you to apply. At TBAuctions, we value eagerness to learn and grow more than just ticking all the qualifications.
