Are you a seasoned CRM marketer who effortlessly turns customer data into smart campaigns? For a maternity leave cover, we’re looking for someone who’s quick to adapt, works independently, and knows their way around Bloomreach.

What you’ll do
In this temporary role, you'll be the go-to person for CRM campaigns within our marketing team. Working closely with content, data, and digital colleagues, you’ll activate and retain our customers with targeted, data-driven communication.
Manage and optimize email campaigns and automated flows in Bloomreach
Use customer data and segmentation to personalize messaging
Analyze performance and adjust based on results
Ensure consistent, customer-centric communication across all touchpoints
Contribute ideas to improve the customer journey and retention strategy
What you bring
You’re independent, analytical, and switch easily between strategy and execution. You know how to interpret data and turn insights into action. Experience with Bloomreach Engage is essential.
At least 3 years of CRM marketing experience, preferably in a digital setting
Proven expertise with Bloomreach (Engage)
Strong in data analysis and performance reporting
Excellent written communication skills in Dutch
Available for a 7-month temporary contract
