  • As TBA scales, culture is critical to act as one group. We will build a long-term people vision, a shared purpose, and common references for our diverse community of colleagues. To power our business model, we recognize that we need to build a high-performance culture, a digitally savvy workforce, learning agility, and strong teamwork.
